On the flop I catch monster and check to the raiser after everybody checks on the flop I decide bet on the turn 1/3 pot size to get some value and maybe provoke raise if somebody has here something good here (I don't expect bluffs here) and after MP raise I decide to 3bet (if I just call here he can check-back on the river I have sone spots similar like that when opponent raise on turn and check river.

Only problem with 3betting turn is that villains bluffs will fold that could barrel the river.
It's really hard for villain to have a really good hand when you have the nuts.
Only reasonable hand you get action from is 44 and maybe a hand like KQ.
QQ isn't in villains range.

I would like to reraise back, but smaller like 1.15 . I would like to keep him in the party. Higher Stakes it works. Smaller Stakes they Probably dont react to bluff in hands where nuts are not in them range

You could consider sqz pre if you believe you have decent FE. I expect CO's range to be quite weak in this spot.

Bigger bet OTT 65%. I am gonna call as played and check OTR

I think about just call on the turn and check on the river but more times I see check back from opponents in similar spots and when he raise on the turn on 3way action I think that he has something and I can 3bet here.

This is result oriented thinking. What do you achieve with 3bet? Almost nothing if not nothing at all. Even Qx might fold here unless he is an idiot. By calling and checking OTR you keep his entire range in the hand and you could extract 1 more street of value out of his bluffs.

Okay i can give you an alternative option. You claim that you often see check behind. Call on the turn then and bet OTR for value out Qx hand to prevent check behind. You turn over your hand with this 3bet OTT. This is a lot of strenght most of the time

And what if he check back on the river? We don't get value too. Yes I think about IT because too hard here stack off with strong hands and get maximum value.
How many times villian bluff on paired board on turn on 3way action?

All hands that would check back the river would fold to a 3bet on the turn.
Than you don't get value ether and random bluffs will barrel the river and fold to a 3bet on the turn.

The problem with you 3betting is that you are in BB and you can have a third 8. So then you raise players will fold a lot even Qx. Expecially when you 3bet on turn.
If you afraid of checking behind from villain, call the turn and donk OTR.
