Marcos, there are 28 hands, so 0 of those stats that you are asking for

As played, vs a fish, I would bluffcatch as well once I call the turn and he pots turn. You can also ship turn for the stack left to get him to call with the hands that'd check back (overs, draws, etc). Very thin of course as all overpairs are possible.
