Hands 1 and 2 are similar.
AJs is ok 3bet bluff. ATo is over the top to 3bet bluff. AQo is fine if you aren't calling it. Don't mind 3betting AJo if you call AQo. All depends who villain is and what your reason is for 3betting.

Hand 3
Make 3bet 1bb more for OOP. Hand selection is fine.

Hand 4
Don't understand, you didn't even make it 3x SB vs BU. Do you want a call? If you are sizing down and 3betting a top x% range OOP (dunno if you should size down for that here) then it might be ok, but if you are polarised and have a calling range here then you should just make it bigger. I would go 8 or even 9bb here. Don't particularly want a call.

My lag-tard advice:

  • 3-bet small. You'll be 3-betting so much that you can't afford to pay the full price, and "making them fold preflop" isn't the only objective.
  • 3-bet with rubbish almost only in position unless you know you autoprofit.
  • Select hands that don't suffer from domination. 3-betting UTG with AT is asking for trouble. T7s would be so much better.
  • Have your postflop game prepared for a lot of tricky situations. You'll have to c-bet an unsound amount of times, and choosing those times and the appropriate sizing takes practice. (Do you want A high to fold? Pocket pairs? Or do you want them to call once and fold turn? Etc.) Needless to say, this is much easier in position.

Agree with Yohan.
You can try 3b smaller when IP and bigger when OOP.
You can try 3b polarised when IP and depol when OOP.

On the up-side: It's hell of a lot of fun to play that way:) For one thing, one can throw out preflop charts through the window since the 3-betting decisions with marginal hands depend more on the opponent than on the cards. (nitrol is right except when it comes to spelling IP.)
