Turn: (12.84 BB, 2 players) 5♥
SB bets 8.58 BB, Hero raises to 24 BB, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 28.64 BB

what do you think about raising IP on drawy boards some buttom pairs that I would fold otherwise? I like it that it blocks his shove or call range, and it still sometimes wins on river if I improve, or if villian calls with a draw and doesnt improve?
Alternative is to raise GS, but GS doesnt win at showdown after giving up. so I guess such blocker hands are the best to bluff once and give up IP? and OOP actually it is not good?

Hi GingerKid,

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I like it better than raising let's say 77 which has 2 outs. You can get him to fold better hands like Qx that barrels twice and while there are many draws on this board quite a few of them may just call (which means you got some sort of value).

Yeah i have thin value vs draws, but vs whole range i dont have value, so with reasonable FE raise EV should be higher than fold and call? And oop it sucks since we will often get bluffed if we check river?
Also we can bluff flush river?

Yes, we would combine FE with HE to decide what's better but generally a raise seems better here than a call unless you can take a lot of pots away on the river from better hands.

And assuming he calls turn what range is that? Do we want to bluff a flush river?

Hmm, we both will have both flushes in range, but he should have more, since I cap myself much more than him by raising.
so actually I think that bluffing on flush is only good with a nut blocker, especially if deeper (overbet).
