Preflop is a fold. MW playability of this hand is not good, you wanna play hands that are connected. ATo would probably make it into calling range imo. KT is probably on the edge. T I believe you should be betting smaller. Even though you have huge 9x advantage you cant really bomb it like this into 2 players on 4 to straight board. I mean, villains can easily fold two pairs, sets etc. I would go with 40%, that way ppl will station with 2p, sets and other draws. R sucks, but he can play 9x this way, therefore we can't fold. But we got us into this precarious spot ourselves... Anyway, you should bet smaller OTR again, probably like 30%.

I think it is ok to defend pre-flop from time to time, specially against loose opens.
Flop ok.
Turn makes sense to donkbet small. It is a great board/card for your range, you can semibluff easily too. Small size forces them to defend wider and you have the flushdraw blocker.
I think sets would bet OTF for protection too, so a big size wont do much better than a small one imo.
River pairs the board. You will have some Tx, all the full-houses, straights etc.
I think a bigger size would do ok OTR too. Being raised by a somewhat capped range is not great, but I see straights raising this rivers sometimes, so no point in 3betting.
Probably fold Tx, call straights, re-raise fulls/air.

Don't forget you have only 3 hands on him and than the stats are useless. I don't think it's to crazy to defend A9o multi way, but than you need to fold top pair sometimes. As played the river is a easy call on his min raise. You get nice odds and if he has a full house it's to bad. Shoving would be over play for sure.
