before the turn question I think you have a problem on the flop.
Cbetting in 4 way on that board is not that +EV, a lot of Qx in the range of those 3 guys that called you. I don't expect them to have JJ+ in range so from small pocket pairs you can't get more than 2 streets of value so is better to have them on the turn and river.
as played it's an easy fold on the turn, probability of that he will do that with a weaker hand is very low to make you call profitable

The issue is that here he is representing so strong that even bluffing hearts here can be a really good play here considering the way in which you played it. If hearts shove turn they are maximizing their fold equity on a relatively low draw and they don't expect you to have many Qx hands opening from MP especially when two are out.

It is far more likely that in the blinds they would be completed with QJ, QK, QT etc. So the flop really helps their range much more than yours. A c-bet can work but I feel like on a dry board like this your are often getting worse to fold and better to call. If you check flop and call turn you are leavings hands like 77+ in which you can x/c against and allow them to bluff the pot.

What weaker than yours did you expect him to have? You may consider this as limped pot.

Btw, from the other hands I'm left with the impression that at PKR many players like to call. So, it might be good idea to start open 4bb or even more in some cases.

No need to bet vs 3. As said above you will value town yourself. Try to get to showdown.

My first thought was to cbet, but the guys have right. There is a very big possibility that one of the players has Q. I think we can check/fold this flop vs that many opponents. If we decide to check, I don't think that calling would be profitable. Maybe I'm wrong, though.

Check-folding against 3 opponents this board is weak even in omaha where opponents have 12 cards, cant do it here where they have only 6 cards. Flop is so dry it's hard to get much value out of worse, so I would try to get 2 streets or let them catch up:

Bet flop / cb turn / bet river if no aggression from opponent
Check flop / Call or bet turn / evaluate otr

Cant see villain check-raise shoving turn with worse, really hard for him to have any draw here.
