I think I should've bet more OTF and OTT, and I think my check back on the river was fine.

Yeah, maybe bet at least 2/3 to 3/4 pot on flop and turn. River check behind is fine I think.

Absolutely bigger sizings.
7-8 bb at flop, at least 3/4 on turn...
check on the river seems fine to me
