Villain unknown.
At the turn I wasn't sure call or fold? Call flop push turn looks like set and I need a equity of ~ 25%.
Here is the range what I give villain here ...

Equity Win Tie
MP2 27.35% 26.89% 0.46% AA
MP3 72.65% 72.19% 0.46% TT, 44-22, A5s, KsQs, QsJs, AsTs, KsTs, JsTs

BTN: 101 BB
SB: 55 BB
BB: 181 BB
UTG: 185.5 BB
MP: 113.5 BB
Hero (CO): 102 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♥ A♦

UTG raises to 2.5 BB, fold, Hero raises to 7.5 BB, BTN calls 7.5 BB, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (19 BB, 2 players) 2♠ 3♠ T♥
Hero bets 13 BB, BTN calls 13 BB

Turn: (45 BB, 2 players) 4♦
Hero bets 29 BB, BTN raises to 80.5 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 51.5 BB

River: (206 BB, 2 players) J♠

Spoiler

Hero shows A♥ A♦ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 88%, Flop 63%, Turn 76%)
BTN shows 9♠ A♠ (Flush, Ace High)
(Pre 12%, Flop 37%, Turn 24%)
BTN wins 199 BB

It's close, but I would call.
You both have the gutshot -- you have the overpair, but btn has the flush draw.

One gets there, one doesn't.

I added a bunch more hands to your considered range -- mostly more spades, and you still have enough equity to call

Board: 2♠3♠T♥ 4♦
       Equity     Win     Tie
CO     38.27%  37.50%   0.77% { AdAh }
BU     61.73%  60.95%   0.77% { TT, 44-22, AsKs, AsQs, KsQs, AsJs, KsJs, QsJs, AsTs, KsTs, JsTs, As5s }

Unlucky

Also does villain have those 22-44 in his range? Possible but I would discount those as CO is still cold calling 3bet. So happily going broke personally on turn.

He cold-called a 3bet so I do not think he's a good player.
I would exclude 22-44 from his range. Definitely would add TT+ and leave 1-2 combos of FD.

To me this is an easy call.

If 22-44 are in villains range you need to expect villains range to be quite wide so ye id call.Don't forget because of the pot odds your getting you can afford to be behind like 75% of the time.Because you only need like 25% equity to be break even and you should definitely be getting that here.So you should never really be folding an over pair in these spots imo.
