AA OOP vs aggressive villain

Vilain is very loose and aggressive. He has made a lot of successful overbets in the past few hands.

I think my line is not great, but it worked reasonably well. Is slowplay OK, and do you raise all in river ?

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion board. There fits it better I think.
I would raise at least 6bb out of position against so many limpers. Even a 10bb raise could be profitable against 2 most likely passive players that doesn't like to fold. On NL2 I don't thiink it's to bad to raise kind of big.

As played I would go for a healthy value Cbet to like close to pot with the intention to bet big on turn again to shove the river.
Not sure what I need to think of villains min raise on the flop.

Without reads I think calling is fine, but shove seems reasonable as well. Now you need to call the river on pot size bet. Only 98 gets there that makes kind of sense.

If he vpips 75.44% over 62 hands he is likely prone to call with a Queen if you shove I think. Better to get it in now than on a later street because more cards means more chance for him to suck out. You're not really afraid of that, but a chance is a chance.
