You are only beat a bluff on the river and all draws are out there. I would fold here for sure.
Only thing you can do differently is to make a thin value bet on the turn against a fish like him.

We can add 1 or 2 BB preflop. It´s fish, so we should use bigger sizings. OTF we can add few BB again. Why don´t you cbet T? It gives more outs to fish, so we don´t wanna give him free card, moreover, it´s fish, so he is calling with worse bunch of time. My line would be to bet the turn and then bet river if heart doesn´t come, if it does, I c/f. As played, fold to raise OTR.

I think arguing with the odds in isolation is one big mistakes beginners make. Of course the price isn't bad overall, but to justify the call you have to beat some bluffs. On the river people don't bluff in 99% of the cases on this limit. Therefore you can find an easy fold here.

As played, I don't like the turncheck and would rather see another half-pot valuebet vs. KQ/QT/JT etc. Giving a free-card to all of these cards is like shooting your own foot with a bazooka (lol at that metaphor)

I think i like 1/2p on the turn and check back rivers , if you get raised on the turn it's a fold imo.

The hand is ok till turn. There you should fire another bet.
As played, when all draws got there by the river, what are you hoping for?

I think you did well on Pre-flop and on the flop as well, when he calls he could have, AJ, AQ, KJ, KQ, KT, TT, 88. When the queen comes on the turn you should be value betting even thought you have some cards that can beat you and for example AQ, KQ, KJ, AJ, TT probably are going to pay you off, if raised as beluga theorem states you should strongly re-evaluate the strength of one-pair hands in the face of a raise on the turn... if he calls on the turn, on the river the 3rd hearth came, you should be more careful X river since there's loads of fish that goes after draws and when he check/raises you on this board texture he probably has you beat.

Keep barreling on turn, a lot of river cards are bad for you!!
