One does not simply call mini-raise ott folding to 1/2 psb otr when a blank comes in.

Probably folding the turn is right, but vs a minraise I don't blame you to call because fish might have a very wide (strange) range for raising, especially when he doesn't raise the flop, which would be expected with a set, so he represents mainly 65 OTT. Also, I don't think we have to call the river just because we called a minraise OTT. Very often players which bluff raise (or value raise something like 1 pair) a street, give up aggression on the next one.

But as I said, I think the best way is to fold to the turn raise.

There's no "learn giving up situations like that". This is a close spot and it should be considered in detail every time it occurs. You could "learn" to abide by the so-called Baluga Theorem, that says "don't call turn raise with less than top 2". But then you'd forfeit every possibility to improve in poker. You also need to consider opponents, boards, pot odds, your cards, etc.

Don't turn your brain off.

When you play someone you know that abides the Baluga Theorem, you can actually beat them by playing in the dark (without ever looking at their cards). How?
