I don't think we have fold somewhere. He might have QQ, AQ, as well as weaker Ax. On this dry flop check is OK I think.

I'd cbet 1/2 pot. If he raises, I am out of the hand. If he slowplayed like this top two, I think you have nothing magical to do.

Checking the flop isn't terrible imo if you think he's really tight because then his range is pretty much AQ AK and QQ+. But just start betting the turn and don't fold. It's a 4bet pot you are going broke. You gave no info about your thought process of gameflow/notes so not much to say.
