how would you play this hand against a massive fish with vp 40

Pacific Poker - $0.05 NL - Holdem - 9 players

UTG: 100 BB
UTG+1: 104.2 BB
MP: 125 BB
Hero (MP+1): 79.2 BB
MP+2: 137.2 BB
CO: 220.8 BB
BTN: 100 BB
SB: 125 BB
BB: 244 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A♦ Q♣

UTG calls 1 BB, UTG+1 calls 1 BB, fold, Hero raises to 7 BB, fold, CO calls 7 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (17.4 BB, 2 players) 8♦ 5♠ 6♠
Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: (17.4 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero bets 8.6 BB, CO calls 8.6 BB

River: (34.6 BB, 2 players) 6♥

Pretty much like that, although I might bet the flop too.

OTR, bet/fold seems like the logical line, but others might argue for check/fold

Spoiler

Hero bets 22.8 BB, CO raises to 75.6 BB, Hero calls 40.8 BB and is all-in

Hero shows A♦ Q♣ (Two Pair, Queens and Sixes)
(Pre 61%, Flop 31%, Turn 0%)
CO shows 2♠ 4♠ (Flush, Queen High)
(Pre 39%, Flop 69%, Turn 100%)
CO wins 152.4 BB

I know should have folded after he went all in lesson learnt

thanks

It's hard to say if call was really a bad decision... Did you see him bluffing a lot per chance?
