On SB I have recreation player. On the flop I have monster draw so I decide build pot from flop but when on turn catch flush opponent must fold.

So why do you post the hand then? Because you want analysis or to whine a bit? Whining might give you temporary relief but wont heal your mental issues from it's roots.

Taka e break from the game. You should do that regularly. Quality rest is very important part of a pokerstrategy.

I put this hand because it is too hard for me win with monster hand big pot but very often I must lose which I post many hands this is very unfair. How many hands I put which You write well play and I lose? You write too to bigger size bets on the turn/river but opponents can't still call vs small bets when I have strong hand. Too hard stack off monster and win on showdown on NL5! ********* Jokerstars

Posting hands and looking for some1 who agree's with you doesnt make you a better poker player. Quality beats quantity. Post fewer hands and analyze them more deeply. Also, REPLAY to questions!

Like I wrote in another topic I can try take chance to bluff opponents in some spots when players can do but no works, try get more sizing with strong hands and opponents fold or call and get lucky. So what I can do yet? Only no play.
