SB: $2.01 (100.5 bb) Only had about 15 hands on villain but was playing pretty aggressive pre-flop (45/45) - (after 40 hands slightly less aggressive (36/23))

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8♠: 7♠:
3 folds, SB raises to $0.04, Hero raises to $0.12, SB raises to $0.20, Hero calls $0.08
Given the min raise from the SB and the Villain seems to open fairly wide I decided to 3bet - after his 4bet should I have folded? I think he 4bets pretty wide (pocket pairs, 9Ts+, Broadways) so I decided to call the 4bb

I have a flush draw and I don't think the flop really hits his range maybe some trips, but I assume it is a c-bet (flush draw or over cards?) - I decide to call his half pot bet.
Turn: ($0.80) 9♠: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.51, SB calls $0.51
The turn completes my flush draw and when the Villian checks I think I have to get some money in the pot - right idea with a fairly weak flush? Should I have checked behind? I assume he has over pair, over cards, flush draw, trips?
River: ($1.82) K♦: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.12, SB calls $1.10
SB checks again after a K - I think this card is pretty good as he has a lot of Kings in his range so I decide to bet - thinking he may call with a Kx hand and I'll get paid off - what do you think?
Should one of these streets have been checked behind as my flush draw is fairly weak and he may have had some stronger flushes?
