When villain check calls OTF and check raises OTT it looks like he was trapping you. On the other hand why couldn't it be AJ or AK too. I'm not sure what hands he is repping exactly but I know he played it bad. I think I would call here.

Shove on the turn, his line represents a lot of strong AX, so, why not get it in right away?

Sometimes he will show some JJ, but its just a small portion of his range.

Doesn't really have to be that strong Ax either but his clickback pre tells me villain either misclicked or villain is a fish in which case he can have any random Ax or he could have AA/JJ. Any random Ax is more likely, so just get it in.

I would be consistent in opening from btn at nl5 and do so with 3bb at all times.

if u shove on turn he maybe fold AK, AQ , but this way u in :)

I think you are way behind here once the turn min-raise comes. Shoving turn is about the worst play ever. This is not a board to fool around with, not for you, and not for him. A sane opponent is not holding Ax ever and much less calling a shove. A sane opponent is also not doing this with a draw.
