You are missing value when you check the flop. As played I think it is ok to raise turn because now there are some draws, but overall I believe you would make more money by betting flop and betting turn. On the river board pairs and villain has easily 4x in his range and he donks after your turn raise which looks strong. I would just call there.

Villain might have some weaker hands that will call your shove but I see a lot of better hands too.

Here's some advice about how to think about ranges. If his river donk really is weak, ask yourself what the point is to raise it? If it really is weak, then there is no money to be made by raising. None at all. You'd have to assume the guy hates money to expect a profitable raise. It would be different if you held air. Now you could raise (as a bluff).
