I don't think you have a suitable info about villains 3bet% on every position based on only 171 hands. I would most likely just fold. I expect you need to give up most flops if villain Cbets a lot of the time.

I would just fold oop you can make a much better argument for calling ip even without info.
Without specific reads I think a 3B against your strong UTG range you should fold TJs. Otherwise you end up defending a very big part of your range. Unless you’re opening very wide from UTG.
