Hero is UTG with AA and raises to 3BB. Button calls
Flop: 89J Rainbow, Turn 3, River Q
Flopbet 2/3 pot, Turnbet 2/3 pot, Riverbet 1/3 pot.
Is this the best line to take vs a reg? And what if the button is fishy?

In the first scenario I would probably give up the river. From what we are seeking value otr? What is the plan - bet/shove?
On the second scenario vs. reg I will probably go x/call otr. I don't expect a reg to call 3 streets with hand like JT. Vs. fish I think we can go for 3 stereets.

I am not sure we want to barrel in these cases.

We can get value from hands like QQ, JTs, QJs, TT.

In the first hand I would check/fold vs both.
In the 2nd hand I would check/fold vs reg because I don't think he will bluff. The reason is that he doesn't have busted straightdraws without a pair, since he called BTN vs UTG, and he will just check/back those one-pair hands. Vs fish I would bet 2/3 and fold to a raise because I expect calls from one pair hands.
