Nh. Nowhere to raise indeed.
Don't fold OTT as you can still make a full or get a cheap showdown on some river cards.

Do we want to refrain from raising here, because only better hands are calling and we would be pushing out hands we want villain to barrel..?

Not "only" but let's say mostly. And a lot of cards are gonna be a pain to play etc this spot is hard OOP you have to pot control with most of your range.
(Not to mention you are way more capped than villain on this texture etc.)

It looks ok but what do you think about river call? We have 2pair and I think villain could play QQ+ this way. Also some villains could play some AJ hands this way and why not busted KQ.

True for QQ and AJ but did you realize we are losing to KQ ? =)
