GG Poker - $0.25 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BTN): 103.04 BB
SB: 124.36 BB
BB: 98.72 BB
UTG: 110.6 BB
MP: 100 BB
CO: 124.12 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 7♥ 6♥

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, BB calls 1 BB

Flop: (4.4 BB, 2 players) A♠ 4♦ 5♠
BB checks, Hero bets 1.56 BB, BB raises to 7.2 BB, Hero calls 5.64 BB

Turn: (18.8 BB, 2 players) J♦
BB bets 18.8 BB, Hero calls 18.8 BB

River: (56.4 BB, 2 players) 3♠
BB bets 56.4 BB, Hero raises to 75.04 BB and is all-in, BB calls 14.32 BB and is all-in

I think the villain is a rec. Recreational. Not reg.

I totally had the villain on a set.

The river is simple I can't fold and I don't think I should just call.

Thoughts?

I would most likely fold the turn on the pot size bet. You have 8 outs for a straight and 2 of them could be dirty.
You doesn't get the right prize to hit the straight. On the river you hit the nut straight, but the flush comes as well.
I would go for it as well. If villain has a flush this would be nasty, but that's 1 of the reasons I don't call the turn bet.

Cheers,

Would you call against a simple TPTK?

You mean on the turn? I wouldn't call at all with any draw on the turn on a pot size bet.
Maybe if you had 7♠:6♠: I would play it differently, but than I would most likely go for a stack off on the flop.

According to solver, you should never fold on turn. Surprising huh? I know. I am too.

Turn size bet is too big to call. You have about 17% equity if villain has a set,

Do I think villain would c/r flop then lead with a fd- maybe you said he was a rec

Solver calls 100% of the time on turn. However, I'm starting to think that solver calculates that way because it can see the opponent's hand. lmao

Turn call is risky with 2 flushdraws. You could justifie it but you need huge implied odds. You should take all of his chips if you hit. Otherwise it's a losing call

It's a losing call vs range but not against AhKh specifically. Right?

reminder solvers are vs villains that play GTO as well. 50NL i dont see many playing GTO.. IMO

One thing that would improve solvers — have it reveal the range it is using for the opponent.

When you upload HH into solver like I did here for analysis, I believe solver is looking at the specific hand and not the range, so in a way, it doesn't tell us much because in real battles we go up against range not some AhKh.

Easy fold on the turn. Double suited reverse implies.
I think saying it's GTO and ignoring common sense is a surefire way to lose stacks.
GTO takes into account absolute optimal play on both parts. We have to defend a certain range otherwise we are exploited.
This isnt the case at micro stakes. Far from it.
