Given his short stack he is probably shoving wider than 10% then and against that range you have a call definitely. I think his shoving range with a short stack is closer to maybe 15-20%

Bu range is probably weak and you don't want him to back shove a hand like AJ which you then might have to fold.

However you are 200bb deep and that discourages him from making fancy plays without a strong hand. If he does back raise you can be sure it's QQ+ and you can comfortably fold.

I'll make a small raise to 3bet 5-6 and fold out bu to avoid playing out of position in a 3betpot where he can take it away with bets when we check.

Click it back or 4bet to $5, If button raises or shoves, it will depend on table dynamics and reads whether we call him off or fold.

Calling here is terrible because we are giving BTN great odds to set mine in position.
