Can you justify your limp with 22 based on table dynamics?
Betting 1bb OTF is weird, bet bigger.
This looks scary when they 3bet this flop capped, but your betsize could induce something.
I can understand a flop fold with bottom set. You are also capped and having CO and BTN with position over you is awful.

Weird played hand I think. Pre-flop is for me always a raise first in and if you bet the flop i would make it around half pot. As played it's a tricky spot. TT and maybe even 77 he would most likely raise pre-flop and that are the only hands you lose against. I would most likely stack off, but it's nasty for sure and he needs to over play flush draws and 2 pair combo's to make it profitable I think.

Cheers,

Player 1 could perhaps have both TT and 77 but player 2 looks like reggy so hard to see him having TT. 77 could be there though I think it should be quite clear iso raise from BU. So for that reason I would not fold. P1 is obviously fish with 80/0 over 10 hands.

In general I would open raise preflop. On flop either bet like 1$+ or aim for check-raise. Minbet doesn't really make sense. It's fairly drawy 5way board where you will have best hand currently almost always as TT should be raise from every player preflop. Hand need protection and value and minbet won't really create eother.

Now to me P2 range would look like T7s, 77, AhXh or some sort of combo draw. Maybe some sort of AT if he has reason to believe he can profitably stack off versus P1? Though that is unlikely as it would be pretty thin versus even big whale and he has three players behind beside P1.
