Should I have folded this river ? Felt like all his AK, AQ, AJ or 3 bet pre...player was a wild 53/18/17.

It’s interesting to know why you are leading the turn against the flop aggressor.
I would just check/call with trips to keep his range wider. Then you can call the river easier as well.

In addition to the above,The thing with stats is how large is the sample and just because a players VPIP is high it does not mean his actual hand is a bluff . Villain may be enjoying positive variance . The board paired so you may be up against a FH , or a better trip , you only have A4. Even if the bord had 3 Hearts the FH danger is still present, hopefully if it was me I would have tried to keep the pot small i.e. more checking than raising

Interesting hand. Have u seen this villain to do some crazy bluffs in the past postflop? Anyway, check/call OTT, since u want to keep his bluffs in his range. As played I can find fold OTR against most regs. Against this guy at NL2 I prolly call. But again, if I saw hik at least once do some crazy bluff shit postflop, its easier to make that call.
