Nice hand, but it is a great illustration of the saying, "The best hand in the world is useless unless someone else has a hand that can challenge it"
The best you can do OTR is try a 1-BB bet hoping to induce a bluff.

and I've asked this before — why aren't you playing with a full stack?

Vorpal I am playing a MSS strategy I have told you this before too.

I think you played it fine. I expect this is a MSS approach here. Otherwise I would always play with 100bb stack.
Not sure a min bet will get to much action on the river except a call, but it's really villain depended.
I would expect if villain has nothing he/she would bluff again and fold if you shove.

It's really hard to get value with the best possible hand. Villain needs to have a flush or better to get most likely a double up. That will be really tough to have when villain limped pre-flop.

Cheers,
