Everything is good.

Raise is well sized - When raising your raise size should be in 3.5 to 4.5 size of the bet (in non 3bet pots).

You raised for a reason. You don't want to see any more face cards on the board which will make your straight look silly. Besides that there is a club draw and we don't want to see any of those either. Anyhow you're raising and hoping that villain will continue with his draws / trips and not improve.
Villain folds, which is always a nice result and you've won the pot.

Lession that I've learned in online poker, specially at this limits - Do NOT slowplay & take extreme caution when you're facing an agression!
