Opponent likes open limps/calls preflop. On the flop after my cbet he min raise, he can do this with 3x, Tx and random bluff so I call. On the turn and the river I play check-call (but not fast decision on the river to call when I play).

If villain can over play a Tx hand I would play the same way you did.
It will be hard to get value if you 3bet the flop or shove the turn if villain is bluffing.

Witch means that he is on the passive side on the barricade. So bet bet bet seems more preferable option.

What do You do after him min raise? Call on the flop and again bet on the turn?
