He could have a draw here which he has out. I don't think he ever does this with JQ,J10.

Probably not, but he certainly could with 88, 66 or 33, and AJ
I would not expect a draw here, except for maybe A♥:J♥: which would be top pair, top kicker with a flush draw.
I do hope I would fold this, but I've been caught several times lately calling similar turn raises.
Without proper reads it's a tough decision for 12bb more on the turn. Also a tightisch fold pre-flop with KJo isn't to crazy or use it as 3bet bluff. KJo isn't a great hand to play post-flop with. KJs played a lot better.

Well yes at NL2 you couldn't fold on Turn as they could do it with any pair or any draw, but at NL10 if you know he is really tight, you could fold. I don't have experience on these higher stakes of NLHE cashgame but at NL2 I would call Turn and probably call ~non-heart River, unless he is like tight and shoves the River or something like that. You get really good odds on Turn, he could be on T9hh maybe...
I think it’s a call — your hand is too strong to fold and his raise size looks more like a draw than real strength. If the river bricks and he bombs big, that’s when you can re-evaluate.
