If villain were to x/shove either flop or turn ( i.e if I bet bigger on either or both streets villain will be more inclined to do this) I think he would do this with TP+ and NFD's (worst case scenario: villain does this with TP+ - AQ, QQ/77/33) we still have 50% vs this .

Would you be more inclined to bet/fold and assume villain just does this with sets?

I think we can get value from TPs if he's not nitty pre and calls suited bways. Small bet/f otr?

Indeed the pot odds villain is getting if he has a flush draw are excellent:
If Villain can obtain half the stack if flush completes in the turn and faces calling a half pot bet in the flop we are giving him 8:1 pot odds and flush is 47/9=5.1:1.
Example. Std 3bet pot: preflop pot is 25.5BB
Flop: hero bets 1/2 pot (12.75) and villains thinks he can get called a bet 1/2 of pot's OTT (25.5 of 51) so pot odds will be:
(25.5+12.75+12.75+25.5+25.5)/12.75=8:1
What would it be the best strategy to outdraw villain´s odds (assuming he's not shoving turn)?
Well I made a matrix out of this as a curiosity:
the left column is the bet you place at the flop and the upper row the bet you place at the turn. If we reverts each element we have another matrix with equity. (Minimum Equity to call breaking even=1/(pot odds)):

This is a 3b pot , villain is MP and he may not have that many FD combos...
The cbet size is ok.
All that said, I think that placing a small bet on river seems ok...
