KK: Fold Flop

Against this fish I'd be tempted to just go with the hand as I could see him doing this with AQ/QJ.

The only realistic value hands we're crushed by are sets. He might flat AA but it's unlikely, and I could see him limping rather than raising 55/66 sometimes too.

NB: I play 6-max so this might be an easy full ring fold.

I`ll definately stick with it, this is the driest flop ever, the villain is a fish, he has position in a small SPR pot, if he is so dumb that he would raise sets here or flat a squeeze with 55/66 then he`s dumb enough to do this with any random queen.

Why is it bad to raise sets here?

Either hero folds here a lot since he thinks he only does it with sets in which case it's a great bluff spot for villain.
Or hero thinks you represent nothing and it's fishy so calls super light in which case you should do it for value.

Given his post flop aggression I would call reevaluate a turn, it's a tricky spot but using your logic of him being a bad player then without information it's best to fold and not risk our stack against someone we have 43 hands on and no details of how he played other hands.

Worry less about what villain is doing and think about where you are in your range. Going to call with QQ only? You must call with at least some AA and maybe all AA and some or even all KK. Not easy, but I am calling at least once.

I would call here too. Villain can easilly do that with Qx. Sample size is small but even for that small sample he raised flop 2 out of 2, so it is ok to check him out.

It`s really bad for villain to raise sets here cause a big chunk of hero`s squeezing range consists of AQ, KK, AA, hero will fire a ton of turns with less than potsized bet left and it`s done, when villain raises sets that^^ happens a fair chunk of the time. It`s not profitable for villain to raise air cause we smash that board much more than he does and the SPR is really low. I don`t think villain has to have a raising range at all here.

It's +EV for villian to raise flop, but it doesn't maximize his EV and there for not the best play. C/decide is ok, but I think it’s best to give up here exploitively. When we call we very often give up the turn. But yeah i'm a nit:f_cool:
