long story short. How do you play KK+ in these situation? Stackoff pre asap like me no matter what or call only the cold4bet to invite 3better? Am I loosing money? Would it be different with QQ or JJ?

I like shove. If you flat, you are giving Ax good price to see flop. With shove they can still call AK, AQs, TT-QQ, even 88-99; not trusting the shove to be strong. It depends how bad they are, are they going to call light or not. I haven't played much NL4 though so I don't really know what they are up to. At NL2 the BU is calling 22 here always But let's say he folded like AT; you still won a nice pot as he has some equity vs KK.

Well played I think. If you call you play most likely 3 way and you get still a lot of value with shoving.
