No, I would still bet turn. When he minraises even though he has not much left I think we can just fold. Semi bluffs I feel just jam, so he basically always has it which means without Kh we have 2 outs.

I think we would have been raised on flop w 77+, which are the main hands we coulda hoped for on the turn.
