I think the call on flop is fine with a flushdraw and one over, even if you would be oop. As played, I believe we shouldn't raise the turn, neighter. Now we have more outs. Folding river is fine.

I would call this hand on flop and turn. No need to raise. And we do not draw to the nuts...
