KTs in BB vs BTN minraise

Villain is indeed playing a lot of hands, but not as raiser in a really low sample. VPIP is extreme high, but PFR is really low.
I would most likely just call and check to the aggressor on the flop. This way you keep the pot kind of small out of position with a hand that can play well post-flop, but isn't strong enough to bluff with.

As played I would most likely play the same way post-flop and check/fold the river. I don't think you get much value in betting and I don't think villain would bluff the river, but without reads it's hard top tell.

Isn't the river still just a bet. Oponnent is likely a fish. I assume you still beat their range heavily at this point a lot AK/KJ. There are some AJ/KQ, but I would assume a lot of those raise flop or turn.

Next to that you need to stick a lot of random hands in their range that you all beat and still could call.

I can't see how this river is a check/fold with absolute top of our range, but im playing nl2 so maybe less caring about money..

I think I just saw the king with just top pair, but with 2 pair this is indeed a clear bet on the bet

i would bet higher and quite fast to make him maybe a bit looser, i mean he is a FISH. BET BET BET, he mostly has a draw (and maybe a pair) here

I think you wrote your hand incorrectly. On the flop you cbet and say that you have TP + OESD, while in hand you have posted you have 2 pairs. So I assume you had KJ or instead of flop TKQ it was JKQ, which also matches with the question you asked. I dont think you would consider check river with 2 pairs vs fish as a NL25 reg on such a safe board.
