My main question is the thought process when we triple barrel or not.

1. Flop is dry I I bet 1/2 pot. On dry boards we could bet 1/3 hit or not I think to keep things balanced?
2. Turn I got oesd plus oc 11 outs what gives me 24%.

At this point I think at point of review that on this dry board vs a 18-9 vpip reggies type of player, he even float with any pair to see what I do on the turn. He calls on this dry board what makes me realize I am beat at this point. IF I bet I should do that only if I think i have a decent chance of 3 barreling villain from the hand. If not I might better be check calling turn wishfully to hit and if not check/fold river? What about bet-sizing turn here. I made a note on this guy that he is not folding 2d pair to a 3 barrel on a dry board.

it depends on villain if I would 3barrel or not, but against most villains I would just give up.
The river is a complete blank and I don't think he/she will fold to often here.

Which stats should be looked at making triple barrel a go, or/and if depends upon villain what I have to look after. I understand calling station should be not be bluffed against. Maybe went to showdown is important here compared won at showdown? Float flop, fold to cbet turn stats?

This is a standard barrel spot.
You have A high, you don't have any showdown value. The only reason for not barreling is if you know they're a station.

Don't worry if you get called, it happens but barreling here over the long run will show a profit. Giving up makes no sense.
