Guy who minraised turn with air some hands before and is generally bad. Raises CO I flatcall with JJ (i hate raise OOP and face overcards). Board 855. He checks i bet he calls. Turn is some blank. I still have overpair. He min-checkraises my bet. I go all-in. He shows A5.
I really don't know... does my play was bad?

In general I would say for the hand following... If you believe he is often bluffin with air, let him bluf and call him down.
If you shove over him, he's gonna call you only with better hand, as he will have to show it. By this you will extract minimum from his blufss and pay him most on his strong hands.
