NL 5 - AQo

I don't play 6max, so I'm not aware of the played ranges. I guess UTG would be MP2 in FR.
Don't you have to just call his opening or 3bet to something like 12BB?

I believe, in 6max, he would've 4bet AK most of the time pre or raise you OTF? So, after your cbet, I'm guessing he has something like ATo-AQo, A5s-AJs maybe and pocket pairs like 77-TT. Does he ever have 98s or KQs here?

Well, OTT, he could be betting for value his AXo and for semi-bluff/thin value his weak AXs. Wouldn't a set or a str8 cbet bigger here?

OTR, with some busted fds and you under representing your hand, maybe there is room for a crying call here?

I would just call pre-flop.
As played I probably wouldn't bet the flop. I'm not super thrilled to have top pair second kicker vs UTG who called a 3bet. I would say this hand is not worth all 3 streets and on this board it doesn't need protection. Imo good reasons to start with a check. Anyway, your cbet is quite large here.

He might 4bet AK, but not necessarily. I wouldn't always 4bet AK there. I'm also not so sure about that he would raise the flop with TPTK.
He might open ATo pre or then he might not. But I would say he should not call a 3bet with it. Same thing with A5s-A9s. Possible but not so likely imo. 98s and KQs are calls for me pre, but both of those I would probably fold OTF against a bet.

Bet flop smaller. 1/3 is enough here. You should check sometimes too.
As played, turn is a 1/2+ bet with your entire range. You have some speculative hands like 76s, 65s, 87s, 98s, even 44 or 33 that should continue betting on a 6.
As played, check/call is ok.
River is a check/call again. You can't really represent DP or straights anymore. Your range is top pair or nothing.
Notice villain should bluff hands like KK, TT, KQs, KJs (I doubt he will). He should check back AJ or even AQ.
Taking this into account, folding is probably ok.
