Preflop: this can be a 3-bet (small one) vs a min raise especially considering he is likely fishy.

Postflop: Why are you min raising him there on the flop rather than choosing a proper bet size?

Given the bet sizes used by you it's hard for us to put him on a range due to the potential of inducing.

If you look at the action though of cbet small / 3bet small and ck/raise turn this is generally just nutty hands

I would have different approach.

PF: I would raise to 7bb because he is a fish, since we know he is able to limp UTG. Your hand is well playable if he calls. If he 4b then its nother story and we should just fold.

F: Basically if I get 2P on flop against fish I want to go broke to ANY board. Hands that he is most likely willing to play stack is K :club:x, AK, AQ, even AT, KK, QQ. Ok there is also some hands that you are behind but you dont want to give away cheap T card.

T: Final time to get it AI, turn is not filling anything up so I would just raise here to get it all to middle most likely we avoid the R bet by getting it AI here and getting some FE from K :club:x Also if he wants to draw that we have % against him and its fine.

There will be times that he will have AA,JJ,33. By 3b preflop would be good way to know if he has AA for example.

But in general he is unknown player with fishy touch I would go broke v him 2P on flop. And when running to AA / JJ make note that he opens it mR UTG JJ+ for example and next time you know.
