I have no idea if this is a profitable play. I have called turn min raise because I thought it was a good price to see a river.

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

MP3 folds, CO raises to $0.12, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.08.

Flop: ($0.26) 8:c, T:h, J:h (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.18, Hero raises to $0.44, CO calls $0.26.

Turn: ($1.14) 7:d (2 players)
Hero bets $0.81, CO raises to $1.62, Hero calls $0.81.

River: ($4.38) Q:s (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.75(All-In), Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

What hands, that call the flop raise, would fold the turn to our bet?

Also, why are we raising the flop? Do we have fold equity? What can he continue with?

The min raise gives you 18.5% pot odds and you have 9 outs, some maybe not even live which gives you roughly 18%. So unless we have implied odds (which I think we do based on the money left behind) we should fold.
