My personal rule of thumb is that I'll check/call with the nut flush on a paired board, but I won't raise.
I prefer that to bet/fold, and I might even check/fold sometimes.

I think A9 can't be ruled out on the basis of not raising the flop.

I'm curious to see what others think.

Which worse hands would call the river raise? None, right... especially after he checkraised the paired turn. He'd fold 9x to river raise i think. I think i would just call river but if hes really bad, its close between raise and call then i think

Folding is out of the question for me. Than you should fold the turn already.
Villain can value bet a weaker hand than a full house I think. A full house could also slow play the turn.

I also think your riverrais is too thin as long as he isnt super aggressive. Otherwise the checkraise OTT is too strong to just give him QsJs, which is the only combo in my eyes that call Flop, ch/r Turn and could b/call river that you beat.
