@VorpalF2F I wanna ask , do you think range of SB is so tight that he will bet on turn only made hands like Kx, Tx ? I dont have many experiences with hand analysis, but I test some ranges in PokerRanger and I wanna ask you about that.
This is range and eq what I think SB on NL2 can have in this spot, His thinking can be something like "I can call speculative hand, UTG will call and I will see flop with 2 players"

Absolutely keep a 100BB stack -- unless you want to look like a fish -- which can certainly help do that.
On re-examining this hand, I think you're right -- the double-paired board is an ideal bluffing spot.
However the reverse implied odds are huge, and with Hero's short stack it seems the only other real option is to re-raise, and since the effective stack size is so small, that means Hero is pot-commited, so it would be a shove.
