I think we shouldn't bet the turn here. Was there a reason doing that? Did you spot something on villain?
As played, we can't fold vs such a low river bet with 2nd pair :)

Can you explain the turn? You got scared of another fd? His perceived range does't fit to any of the fd, at nl2 he can have any JQos, QK as well as AA

It’s indeed good to know why you are betting the turn on a blank without being the aggressor on the flop. The river is a crying call on his small bet, but I don’t think you will win this hand often.
