SB is not full stack = fish = less aggro on river probably = you should just fastplay and hope he has AQ KK AA KQ QJs or some draw that can call turn raise.

Maybe a idea to lead the flop multi way with a set with at least 1 weaker player in the hand. Decent change the original 3better only Cbets with top pair or better.

Lead the flop will be nice, on the board 6 + J, you can afraid only JJ what could BU 3B, he could 3B QQ+, AJ+, Axs, KTs+, QTs+, so only one hand is beating you.
What could call DB you dont care, JJ would be better 4B from SB.

Call turn. Rerise river if blank come.
