I would most likely raise the flop bigger without position. I don't think villain would fold to a 30bb raise either and than you can shove the turn for value and protection. I would most likely shove the river for 45bb more.

Well played so far!
I am going with my preposter.

The river is better to jam than to ch since u are not sure theay are bluffing the River enough in the micros. On Pokerstars they are not.
Since they would check behind Jx or TT but could call them.

Sidenote: I would also ch/r Flop and bet the Turn bigger.
