To me thats a bad fold on the turn. BB could have other hands than the straight or the flush. You�ll see a set of deuces sometimes, more often two pair hands like KT or AT (prolly with the A♠ ) even A♠2 or A♠x.

Against the made flush you are about a 3:1 dog. Overall its much closer i think. More something like 2:1 or slightly better. Pot Odds to call are better than 2:1. That makes it a call.

Although table image is not that important at the lower limits, it might be good to show, that you are not easily pushed off a good hand.

PS. I don�t like limping UTG with TT. Raise it !!!
