I would not bet the turn in these positions, you get value only from 89s(you block some combos)/87s. If you are turning your hand into bluff, you should bet bigger OTT, but I think it's bad idea with your hand.

As played river is a fold.

i think hand is played fine, on turn you are charging straight draws and flush draws to see a river, and you also might get a better hand to fold TT (once in a blue moon a JJ that has simply flat called pf).

River easy fold. Nice hand.
