Flop: (12.4 BB, 3 players) T♥ Q♠ T♣
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks

Turn: (12.4 BB, 3 players) J♦
BB bets 7.8 BB, fold, Hero calls 7.8 BB

River: (28 BB, 2 players) 4♥
BB checks, Hero bets 25 BB, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 26.6 BB

Preflop I think is standard, i would isolate from fish on UTG.

I think i should bet this Flop because all of their Qx gonna pay me and all of their draw.
OTT i definitely should raise, maybe if one of the fishes were behind me i could considerer to call but if one of them fold before me i should raise.

What do you think?

I think slowplaying is very rarely the max EV play. You could start by cbetting small OTF. No need to go big since the board is so dry and you hold the nuts. As played you could raise OTT.

I'd bet half pot OTF as well. Sometimes both players are going to fold and it's going to be a bit frustrating but that's poker :f_grin:

Especially the UTG player is fishy and I expect you could lose value against him with slow playing, but both players needs to have something and with quads you get only action of Qx most likely and with hands like this it’s not too bad to slow play on a dry board with not much hands that will call on a cbet.
