150 hands on this guy, he seems like a usual NL10 reg. Would you stack off here?

If the villain is an aggro fish well played. If he is a good reg what range will he call your 5/bet jam with? AA and KK and fold AK/JJ?

How often will he be holding AA/KK in his 4/bet range?

If the villain is a tight reg I think you overplayed pocket QQ massively. You had nearly 120bbs effective chips remaining.

This hand, while strong, should be played like JJ against 4/bets made by tight regs. Against nits I'd be cautious with KK also.

Definitely not correct to go broke with QQ 150 deep. We shouldn't even go broke with KK pre for 120BB+.
Just flat the 4b.
