JJ shouldn't 3bet pre really. Don't think many people will do it either. AJ likely calls preflop, at least AJs. Villain won't shove an A on the river ever unless he has a pair with it

Basically, villain is thinking "AHA, I have the nuts. And my opponent probably has at least trips, if not a straight or a flush! I WILL SHOVE IT IN BECAUSE HE WON'T FOLD TRIPS OMGGGGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG SPAM" ................. and then you folded like a boss.

He has JJ in his range and he may not 3b with it preflop.
As we do not hold the nut flush and the board is paired, and having in mind that we are deep, I prefer folding here.

Tough spot. I don't see many better hands in villains range but it would be very risky to call and very risky for villain to shove only Ax. I think folding is better.

If someone likes, he can make some EV calculations, but I'm pretty sure bluffcatching here will NEVER be profitable, and your positive expecting value goes away (if there is any in the first place) pretty fast when his sizing is becoming more and more close to the full pot (if we start at let's say 30% pot bet), not to mention actual overbet.
Just fold. Believing other players is in my opinion a very good general rule of thumb to have on microstakes. Don't look for bluffs and hands you can beat if you cannot see a ton of them immediately or if you don't have a good information that a villain is capable of bluffing in these kind of situations.

This is good advice at any stakes.

Players consistently getting it backwards when it comes to bet sizing (big bet = big hand, small bet = small hand) will all eventually go broke as they are the most exploitable players imaginable. It is one thing to occasionally bet big with a bluff, but reading an opponent for a bluff when the big bet comes is quite another. Think about how you would exploit such a player...
