I think your line is reasonable, without c/ring the flop you don't really know where you stand in the hand, the turn card is ugly and likely hits Villain's range and it is safe to assume that after calling your 3Bet preflop, calling your c/r on the flop and betting turn, Villain is not folding.

Check call on the flop would mean to check fold to any overcard on the turn (j,q,k,a). Check raise gives me best view where I stand. ( in my opinion)

3 bet preflop because i dont like to play TT oop passive. Many check folds necessary and low bluff cbet possibilities on the flop.

This is too loose 3bet pre. I wouldn't even 3bet JJ here.
If this was a single raised pot it would be a standard check call on the flop and then we could either win at showdown or attempt a bluff.

As played I don't like this check raise. Too expensive way to find out if you are behind, and in case you were ahead villain will rarely put any more money in the pot. I don't like betting or raising just to get info. Often the info is not accurate. Imagine the turn card would have been K♦:, what do you do? Did he call you with JJ or a flush draw?

In case of check calling the flop. Would you check call river again with TT as second pair (asume j,q,k or a appears ) or bet/call and if so what to do on the river.

You know your line is inconsistent.
First you 3bet a hand you dont even need to 3bet
Second you check a flop you'll never be checking with a hand you 3betted unless its because you really have nothing
Third your check raise x2 on the flop? and then not following it with a bet.

Unless his a extreme fish its unlikely that he has a set on that flop, your check raise dont represent a thing so he couldve called that with something like AQ, AJ, etc. and that K on the turn was perfect to bluff you after you check the turn.
In my opinion, you played wrong every single street and the chain in your actions doesnt follow any logical reason

But if we decided to check call the flop, I would call again OTT even if it was J or Q and probably on K too (preferably no club).
OTR we can't call a third barrel if there is an overcard imo.

Other option would bet to just cbet flop and turn and then depending on board runout and villains possible bet size either xf or xc the river.

Leaving all aside, except one thing no-one has touched on. As played, the K is not as bad as you might think. You simply have to expect unpaired overcards to fold if you take the line you take. Otherwise even you would agree that it is worth than useless, wouldn't you?

I do not like the preflop 3b too. Too wide.
